Ingredients
1 (8-ounce) package dried corn husks
3 cups corn masa flour - 1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Chile Paste
2¾ cups warm water
For the filling
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 small yellow onion, diced
2 medium serrano chile, finely diced
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
½ cup chopped cilantro
1 cup water
